We want you to cherish your DÔEN pieces for years to come, but if a garment isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Pack and Label
Securely pack your items and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our studio has processed your return.
